The main living area in the open floor plan has a family-friendly sectional and loveseat to provide ample, comfortable seating for TV viewing or game nights. Sliding doors open up to a screened lanai for an extended living area with a daybed swing, reading lounge, and additional seating. The kitchen has a large open breakfast bar and includes a separate laundry area. A cozy den is comfortably furnished with a sleeper sofa for additional bedding. The spacious first-floor master suite features a comfy king bed, a large sitting area with sofa, rattan chair swing, and desk. French doors open to the screened lanai that opens out onto the sand, seagrass, and the beach. The ensuite bathroom offers a bathtub and shower and separate vanities. A second bedroom provides two twin beds and is decorated in tranquil periwinkle with a separate bathroom and walk-in shower. The second-floor master suite features a vaulted ceiling, a comfortable king bed, and glass doors that open to a huge upper deck overlooking the gulf- perfect for sunning and gathering for sunset. Its’ large bath has a walk-in closet and individual his/her vanities/sinks and a separate shower and tub. The fourth bedroom located upstairs is comfortably furnished with a queen bed and opens onto a huge deck for enjoying the famous Captiva sunsets. This bath has a large shower.
