BEACHES & PARKS
SOUTH BEACH (SOUTH VILLAGE)- On the west side of the Beach Villa condominiums is South Beach where guests can enjoy the Captiva beach experience. Towels and chaise lounges are available.
SUNSET BEACH (NORTH POINTE)- Located on the westward side of the four way stop on the north end of the village is Sunset Beach, South Seas' full service beach. Towels, umbrellas and chaise lounges are available along with "cabinette" rentals. The Sunset Beach Bar serves prepared foods, hot dogs and libations. CPC at Sunset Beach also sells beach toys, sun protection products and sunglasses.
POOLS
RESORT POOL COMPLEX (NORTH POINTE)- Two waterfront resort pools (one zero-entry) overlooking scenic Pine Island Sound. Play or lounge, have a drink at the Pointe Poolside Bar or rent a cabana for the day. Chaise lounge chairs and pool towels are available. “Swimtastic” offering pool toys, “Swimmies,” sun tan lotion and other necessities is conveniently located inside the complex.

H2WHOA! (NORTH POINTE) - The latest addition to the Resort Pool Complex, this pool boasts two water slides jetting from H2Whoa!’s tower and a zero entry point so younger swimmers can ease into the water. Please note, children must be 40” or taller to ride the slides.

CABANAS (NORTH POINTE) - Within the Resort Pool Complex, cabanas are available for daily rental. The cabanas are equipped with mini-refrigerators stocked with refreshments, 32" cable television with over 60 channels and wireless internet access. Poolside food and drink service. Undercover are comfortable chairs and a coffee table while two dedicated chaise lounge chairs are in front of the cabana.

RESIDENTIAL/ASSOCIATION-MANAGED POOLS - There are over 15 additional pools throughout the resort village that are available to guests residing in those residences. These pools are not serviced by South Seas therefore housekeeping services are provided by third party management companies. Please report any issues to Guest Services. Please note there is no towel service.
SWIMTASTIC" SWIM SCHOOL (NORTH POINTE)-- Swimtastic’s foundation has been built on a love of children and a respect for the water. Experience peace of mind as toddlers and kids participate in Mermaid Camp and traditional “Learn to Swim” programs. Swimtastic also offers aqua pilates. BOATING & FISHING
BAYSIDE MARINA (SOUTH VILLAGE) - Offering dockage for boats 25’ and under. Advance arrangements are required with the Harbourmaster prior to launch or docking. Ramp for boat launching available for vessels up to 30’. Wireless internet and fresh water available. Fees apply to launch and/or trailer storage.
CAPTIVA CRUISES (NORTH POINTE AT YACHT HARBOUR MARINA) - Step aboard a variety of cruises including an Island Beach and Shelling cruise to pristine Cayo Costa State park, the daily Dolphin and Wildlife Adventure cruise through Pine Island estuary and Sunset cruise. Private cruise expeditions aboard the 150-passenger Lady Chadwick or 40’ catamaran are also available.
BOAT RENTALS (SOUTH VILLAGE) - Experience South Seas from the peaceful Gulf waters. Best Boat Rentals located beside Bayside Marina offers rental boats including pontoons, center consoles or deck boats. All perfect for a gorgeous day on the water. Sightseeing, dolphin adventures, island hopping, shelling, fishing, eating or just being together out on some of the best waters in the world.

FISHING: SURF CASTING, SHORE CASTING & GO! FISH PROGRAM - Guests are welcome to fish from anywhere on property. Children under the age of 16 do not need a license. Guests 16 and older must obtain a fishing license that can be purchased online at www. Myfwc.com. All ages can participate in South Seas’ Go! FISH catch & release program taught by resident fishing experts at the T-Dock. Please consult the South Seas’ Monthly Activities Calendar for Go! FISH dates/times. Frozen bait is available for purchase from Ship’s Store or live bait from the Harbourmaster in Yacht Harbour Marina.

FISHING CHARTERS (BOTH MARINAS) - Back Bay fishing with your own private guide. Charters are available for a half or full day from the Yacht Harbour and include a professionally licensed guide, all fishing poles and tackle equipment, a fishing license and ice. Boats can accommodate up to four passengers, excluding the captain. Catches often include Tarpon, Redfish, Grouper, Trout, Bluefish, Spanish Mackerel and Snook.

OFFSHORE SAILING SCHOOL (YACHT HARBOUR MARINA) - Certified by U.S. Sailing as America’s #1 sailing school, South Seas has been partnering with OSS since 1975. There are a variety of sailing courses from beginners to advanced as well as shorter two hour sailing lessons for adults and children.
GO! SAIL - Offshore Sailing School leads the Go! SAIL program. Go! SAIL is a three hour session for kids to learn to sail with seasoned professionals in the Yacht Harbour Marina and Pine Island Sound. Each participant is awarded a "Junior Captain" certificate from the Offshore Sailing School upon session completion. Please consult the South Seas' Monthly Activities Calendar for dates/times.
YACHT HARBOUR MARINA (NORTH POINTE) - With over 2,400 feet of along-side berthing, the marina is available for vessels up to 120 feet. Offering wireless internet, fresh water, cable television, and electricity hook-up. On-site showers and laundry facilities are available. Both gasoline and diesel are available for sale as well as live bait.

EXPLORING
BICYCLE RENTALS (SOUTH VILLAGE) - A leisurely way for you and your family to explore South Seas. Traverse the resort village on Trek bikes for adults and children. Rentals are available per night at check-in or daily rentals from Best Boat Rentals located beside Bayside Marina.

BOAT RENTALS (SOUTH VILLAGE) - Boats are available for rent from Best Boat Rentals including Pontoon Boats for cruising, shelling and family fishing. Power Boats are available for more serious anglers. Rentals are available for either a half or full day.

KAYAK TOURS (NORTH POINTE) - An extraordinary way to explore native wildlife. A variety of kayak tours are offered including Kayaking for Beginners to Bryant's Bayou and expeditions for all skill levels to North Captiva and Chadwick's Bayou. 'Tweens & Teens Kayaking offered for ages 13-19. Limited number of participants. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Reservations required. NATURE CENTER & NATURE TOURS (NORTH POINTE) - The nature center is the information center for "all things natural" at South Seas. Learn about Captiva's indigenous plants, sea creatures and wildlife from our on-site naturalists during a guided walk or tour. South Seas Nature Guides can be purchased from South Seas Island Outfitters and Resort Logo Shop. Nature tours and talks include shelling, dolphin and manatee talks and bird-watching.

WATER SPORTS
HOLIDAY WATER SPORTS (NORTH POINTE) - Located adjacent to the King's Crown Lawn, HWS offers personal watercraft rentals including jet skis, parasailing excursions, hydro bikes rentals, fishing equipment, paddle boards, kayaks and much more.

SPA, HEALTH & WELLNESS
KAY CAPSERSON LIFESTYLE SPA & BOUTIQUE (CHADWICK'S SQUARE IN SOUTH VILLAGE) - Offering massage (for individuals and couples), facials, nail treatments, body treatments, hair styling and facials. The spa also offers yoga, Pilates and zumba classes. In addition, bridal and special occasion services and parties are available. "Inside I'm a Princess" is a special service for girls ages 12 and under including manicure, pedicure, makeup, lip gloss and tiara.

FITNESS CENTER (CHADWICK'S SQUARE IN SOUTH VILLAGE) - Featuring LifeFitness cardio equipment and strength stations. Treadmills, stationary bikes and elliptical trainers are available on a first come, first serve basis. The Fitness Center also includes a stretching and functional training areas. Personal training available. Note: You must have a Key Card to the access facility. Also, there are times of the day when the fitness center is not supervised by fitness experts and therefore, South Seas encourages safe usage at your own risk.

AQUA PILATES (NORTH POINTE) - Taught by Swimtastic, aqua pilates is offered in the main pool at the Resort Pool Complex. This form of exercise is a way to perform traditional Pilates exercise routines under the relieving power of water. Please consult the South Seas' Monthly Activities Calendar for dates/times.
WALKING/JOGGING - Use the buoy-inspired mile markers (tenth of a mile markers) to track your distance while walking or jogging along historic Plantation Road. The foliage-laden nature-scape is a feast for the eyes and senses. Look down to catch turtles, crabs, rabbits or ducks at your side or up at the Osprey nests, or occasional American Bald Eagle, in the trees.
GOLF
THE CAPTIVA COURSE (NORTH POINTE) - A nine-hole executive course, designed by Chip Powell, is ranked as one of the Top Five Short Courses in the World. Gulf views from every hole make this course a truly spectacular setting as well as a challenge to the short game.

THE DUNES GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB (SANIBEL ISLAND) - This 18-hole championship golf course is the only PGA rated course on the islands. Nestled within a wildlife preserve, this course challenges golfers of all levels. The Dunes is just a 25-minute drive from South Seas.

TENNIS
THE JOHN WILLIAMS INTERNATIONAL TENNIS ACADEMY (SOUTH VILLAGE) - Overseeing the resort’s 11 hard courts with four lit for night play, the John Williams Tennis Academy provides game matching, private lessons, clinics and periodic round robin tournaments. Court reservations required for play.

STROLL ALONG YACHT HARBOUR MARINA
With over 2,100 feet of along-side berthing and dockage available for vessels up to 120 feet, the crafts that come in to
South Seas are simply stunning. The pale yellow lights beneath the pier come up as do the lights from the boat masts.
Look down beside the seawall to see schools of fish and then, take a step back to marvel at the yachts.
STARGAZE
While the waves lap the shoreline, walk along gorgeous Sunset Beach in North Pointe to see the most stars you’ve ever
seen in any night sky. With no man-made lights from buildings, you can almost count each and every constellation twinkling up there.
