By Water:

To enter South Seas Yacht Harbour from the Intra-Coastal Waterway; markers 39 and 40 mark the start of the Yacht Harbour's private maintained channel which runs West from the ICW into the Yacht Harbour. Keep the green buoys to your port side as you enter the Yacht Harbour.

From the Gulf of Mexico through Red Fish Pass there are 3 sea buoys that lead you through Red Fish Pass. #1 Green is 1 mile offshore. GPS coordinates for the #1 green buoy are 26 33 16N 82 12 78W. #4 Red buoy is 26 33 17N 82 12 425W. #5 Green buoy is 26 33 28N 82 12 156W. After coming through the center of Red Fish Pass keep close to the shore line as you come around the back side of Captiva Island to stay in the deepest water and please keep to the West of the no wake / manatee zone signs. Pass the T-Dock and marker 20 and turn right into the harbour entrance.

The first dock on your right as you enter the Yacht Harbour is A Dock. The docks continue alphabetically until the last dock which is Q Dock. The Harbour Masters office and fuel docks are located at the ends of D and E docks.
