South Seas Island Resort is thrilled to welcome Doc Ford's Rum Bar & Grille to Chadwick's Square, South Village in 2013. One of Sanibel and Fort Myers Beach's favorite family restaurants, Doc Ford's offers mouth-watering Caribbean inspired cuisine in a casual atmosphere. Doc Ford's will be bringing all their specialties, including Yucatan Shrimp, their Lime Panko Crusted Fish Sandwich and the Martinque-Jerked Pork Chop. Try their famous Mojitos or a rum infused cocktail.
Renovations begin in February 2013 with an anticipated opening of June 1, 2013.
