South Seas Bed & Breakfast

Start the day with the breakfast at Harbourside while enjoying the spectacular views of Yacht Harbour and Marina with a variety of breakfast options from our menu. Children 10 and under eat free when accompanied by their parents. Breakfast served daily from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m.
South Seas Bed & Breakfast Package includes:
*Comfortable accommodations in Harbourside Guestrooms or one of South Seas One, Two or Three Bedroom Villas
*Breakfast including tax and gratuity
*Complimentary breakfast for children 10 and under.
Resort fees and room tax additional. One breakfast per adult per day will be provided based on the number of adults listed on the reservation. Any unused portion of the breakfast will be non-refundable.
Deposit
South Seas charges a two night deposit on all reservations. The deposit will be applied to the last two nights of the reservation.
Resort Fee
South Seas Island Resort will add a Resort Fee of $17.00 ($18.87 including tax) per day, per adult (17 years and older) to your rate. The Resort Fee is not quoted with the room rate. The Resort Fee includes: • Daily Trolley Service throughout the Resort • Pool/Beach (South Beach and Sunset Beach) amenities including poolside towels and lounge chairs, beach towels and chairs. • Unlimited local and 800 phone calls • Guest room high speed internet • Fitness Center access • Nature Center access • Weekly New York Times Newspaper • Cable with free movie channels (includes HBO) • Participation in special Resort activities • Tennis court fees** • Domestic Long Distance Phone Calls • Complimentary Parking • 10% off services at Kay Casperson Spa • 10% off Boat Rentals at Best Boats • Complimentary Boarding Pass Printing

Bed and Breakfast
Not combinable with other packages, promotions, special offers, or groups. One breakfast per adult per day will be provided based on the number of adults listed on the reservation. A change in the number of adults will change the price of the package. Any unused portion of the package will be non-refundable.
