Availability
For bookings between now and September 26, 2022 and travel between April 24, 2022 and September 30, 2022. All nights must be consecutive. Offer cannot be combined with other packages, promotions, Homes of Distinction, or group rates, and cannot be applied to existing reservations. Offer is subject to availability and may only apply to certain accommodation types. Credits will be applied at time of check-out toward applicable charges. Credits cannot be used towards room rate, resort fees and corresponding taxes. Unused portions of the credit will be forfeited and not reimbursed in cash. Resort fees and room taxes are additional. The Resort Fee is charged on the free night(s).
Cancellation Policy
For stays arriving between 04/24/2022 – 4/30/2022: Cancellations made within fourteen (14) days of arrival or failure to arrive on the scheduled date will result in the forfeiture of the collected deposit.
For stays between 05/01/2022 – 09/30/2022: Cancellations made within seven (7) days of arrival or failure to arrive on the scheduled date will result in the forfeiture of the collected deposit.
Deposit Policy
A deposit is required at the time of booking. The charge will be equal to an average of two nights room charge for stays of two nights or more per accommodation. All deposits are applied to the last night(s) of the stay. All deposits collected will be forfeited if you do not arrive on the scheduled arrival date.
