Yes, a resort fee applies to all guest stays. The fee is $40 plus 11.5% tax per day for each guest. Children age 12 and under are complimentary. The resort fee covers Sunset Beach access and amenities, Guest room high-speed internet, parking, resort trolley, access to Bayview Pools, dining and restaurants, and more.

South Seas guests may only rent golf carts for use on resort property from the resort directly. Carts from outside agents are not permitted in resort-owned parking areas.
No, self-parking is included in the resort fee, and each unit has private guest parking.

You do not need a license to fish from the Bayview Fishing Pier, as it is licensed through the resort. However, if you decide to fish anywhere else on the property, a Florida fishing license is required. Licenses can be easily obtained online through the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission website or at local bait shops and sporting goods stores.

For the protection of our natural environment, no pets are allowed at the resort with the exception of service animals as defined by Title II and Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Please note that Emotional Support Animals do not qualify as service animals under the ADA. A $250 penalty charge applies if an animal is brought onto the property in violation of this policy.

Yes! South Seas has a free app available on the Google and Apple store. We highly recommend using this app throughout your stay. The app allows you to make reservations at our restaurants, pool cabanas, water sports, book tee times and also a real time trolley tracker.
