To help you explore our expansive 330-acre resort, electric resort carts and bicycles are available for rental, providing a fun and convenient way to navigate the property at your own pace. Whether you are traveling to the beach, visiting the marina, or exploring scenic pathways, resort carts offer easy access to every corner of the resort. For added convenience, a complimentary trolley service is also available, a relaxed way to travel between key destinations while taking in the beauty of Captiva Island.
Trolley departs every 15 minutes, daily from 8 AM – 10PM.
Directions To Captiva Island, Florida
North of Naples and South of Tampa, the sunny paradise of Captiva Island is tucked into the southwest coast of Florida, just west of Fort Myers. Captiva is characterized by mild winters, warm summers, sea breezes, and laid-back island vibes. A barrier island boasting an incredible ecosystem and water practically everywhere (the Gulf on one side and Pine Island Sound on the other), this tiny island (5 miles long and barely 1/2-mile wide) is a haven for outdoor activities. Calm bay waters, pristine white sandy beaches, gentle shores world-famous for shelling, and more than 20 artificial reefs surrounding the islands make for a wide variety of things to do on and off the water.
