Three pools in the complex—complete with gas grills, poolside—provide a refreshing change of scenery. These villas are the perfect beach retreat, featuring lots of living space including two bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, living room with a sleeper sofa, dining area, and a full kitchen. Luxurious, comfortable beds are a king or one queen bedded master bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom. The Two Bedroom Beach Villa sleeps 6 guests.

The Beach Villas are conveniently located ocean-side in the South Village practically right on the beach, just a short walk through dunes, sea grapes, sea grass, and other natural coastal foliage to the soft white sand. It’s also close to shopping at Chadwick’s Square—including the Captiva Provision Company, Starbucks, and Doc Ford’s Rum Bar & Grille—the resort Meeting and Conference Center, and a trolley stop. The Bayside Marina is also nearby, as well as the yoga studio, Kay Casperson Spa & Salon, the Blackwood Tennis Academy, and Sunny Island Adventures.
