Booking a private charter from the South Seas Marina on Captiva Island offers a dazzling way to explore the marine environment surrounding the Sanibel and Captiva area. This gateway to the Gulf provides access to a diverse range of charter options, from family-friendly excursions to luxury cruises, all tailored to individual preferences.
The Clutch Clubhouse
A new open-air oasis is on its way to South Seas: The Clutch Clubhouse. This premium spot is designed for relaxation and style, offering a perfect vantage point to enjoy beautiful coastal and sunset views. Shoppers will also find a curated selection of brands including Johnnie O, FootJoy, Titleist, and lifestyle favorite Criquet, ensuring guests are well-equipped for both golf and leisure.

Redfish Grill
Redfish Grill will bring the essence of the Florida Gulf Coast right to your plate. This vibrant new dining experience is all about fresh, coastal flavors, and an abundance of outdoor seating to enjoy them. Menu highlights include grilled mahi tacos, seared grouper sandwiches, and steamed mussels. Beach House
For an exclusive beachfront dining experience, the Beach House will be a standout addition to the resort. With a prime location on Captiva Island’s Sunset Beach, this restaurant will blend the vibrant flavors of the Gulf Coast with the rich culinary traditions of Mexico, Louisiana, and Florida. The Shops at South Seas
Alongside revamped favorites like Provisions and Starbucks, new developments include a spirits and beverage store, a local outfitters shop, and the soon-to-open relocated South Seas Real Estate office. Captiva Landing
Captiva Landing will be a lively family fun zone. Set to feature a new water play area with tipping buckets and slides, a meandering lazy river, and several pools – including one that offers a more secluded experience – it will offer both relaxation and excitement. Captiva Landing will also house a vintage arcade and casual food and drink offerings. For younger guests, the new kids-only Camp-tiva club will offer junior-sized entertainment and hands-on nature education to create a one-of-a-kind, unforgettable experience.
