South Seas is delighted to welcome guests back to our white-sand shores. Upon your first visit back to our property, you may notice South Seas looks a little different. While select areas of the resort remain under construction and some amenities may be more limited than you are accustomed to, we continue to make significant progress in offering a refreshed experience where cherished memories blend seamlessly with new adventures.
Guests have access to our two-and-a-half glorious miles of pristine white-sand beaches where you can take in our famous sunsets, world-renowned shelling, and incredible natural wildlife. From bicycling and walking the shoreline, to simply relaxing and enjoying time with friends and family, new experiences and fond memories await.
Services & Amenities
Select areas of the resort remain under construction and some amenities will be limited or modified while we continue to progress in our rebuilding efforts. Please note, elevators are currently non-operational as repairs are being completed, and housekeeping is offered upon request and departure only. Yes, a resort fee applies to all guest stays. The fee is $25 plus 11.5% tax per day for each guest. Children age 12 and under are complimentary. The resort fee covers Sunset Beach access and amenities, Guest room high-speed internet, parking, resort trolley, access to Bayview Pools, dining and restaurants, and more.

The primary guest must be at least 21 years of age on the day of check-in.
South Seas guests may only rent golf carts for use on resort property from the resort directly. Carts from outside agents are not permitted in resort-owned parking areas.
No, self-parking is included in the resort fee, and each unit has private guest parking.
No, there are currently no EV chargers in the resort, although we are planning to add them soon.
Tesla incorrectly lists chargers being near the entrance to our resort.
Yes, you can make reservations directly using our convenient South Seas app.
Yes, we invite you to enjoy a memorable charter excursion during your stay with us. Please call the Harbour Master’s office at (855) 777-3625 for more information.
You do not need a license to fish from the Bayview Fishing Pier, as it is licensed through the resort. However, if you decide to fish anywhere else on the property, a Florida fishing license is required. Licenses can be easily obtained online through the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission website or at local bait shops and sporting goods stores.

For the protection of our natural environment, no pets are allowed at the resort with the exception of service animals as defined by Title II and Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Please note that Emotional Support Animals do not qualify as service animals under the ADA. A $250 penalty charge applies if an animal is brought onto the property in violation of this policy.
