How much is the resort fee*?
The resort fee is waived through December 31, 2023. As of January 1, 2024, the resort fee will be $25* plus 12% tax per day for each guest 12 years and older. Kids 11 and under are complimentary.

What is the minimum age requirement for hotel check-in?
The primary guest must be at least 21 years of age on the day of check-in.
Do I need to make a reservation for the Captiva Cruises? How much do the Captiva Cruises cost?
Reservations are required and the cost varies based on your chosen expedition. Please call us at (239) 472-5300 for reservations and cost details.
Is there a charge for parking?
No, self-parking is included in the resort fee, and each unit has private guest parking.
Do you offer Golf Cart and Bicycle rentals?
Yes, you can make reservations at YOLO Watersports.
Do you offer Fishing Charters?
Yes, contact the Yacht Habour Marina for reservations and information at (855) 777-3625.
Do I need a license to fish at South Seas?
You do not need a license to fish from the Bayview Fishing Pier as it is licensed through the resort. If you decide to fish anywhere else on the property, guests are required to have a license.
What are the dining options on property?
South Seas has a few options available, including our beloved Starbucks and two new food trucks, Island Tacos and Shell City Burgers, will be available as soon as possible!
Are pets allowed on property?
NO PETS / ANIMALS ALLOWED with the exception of service animals as defined by Title II and Title III of the ADA. Emotional Support Animals do not qualify as service animals under the ADA. A $250 penalty charge will be enforced if an animal is brought onto the property.

Does the resort offer airport transportation?

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in time is after 4 p.m. and check-out is prior 11:00 a.m.
