How much is the resort fee?
The resort fee is $19.00 plus 11.5% tax per day for each guest 13 years and older. Kids 12 and under are complimentary.
What does the Resort Fee include?
The resort fee includes:

** All play requires advanced reservations. Reservations may be made at the Tennis Pro-Shop at 239-472-5111 ext. 4151. All players must check in at the Tennis Pro-Shop before heading out to the courts. Instruction and equipment not included in the resort fee. Court reservations may be booked 7 days in advance of play.
What is the minimum age requirement for hotel check-in?
The primary guest must be at least 21 years of age on the day of check-in.

What are the hours of the Fitness Center?
The fitness center is open for 24 hours, and can be accessed with your room key card.
Is there a charge for parking?
No, self-parking is included in the resort fee, and each unit has private guest parking.

Do I need a license to fish at South Seas?
You do not need a license to fish from the T-Dock, it is licensed through the resort. If you decide to fish anywhere else on the property, guests are required to have a license.
Are the pools heated?
Yes, all of our pools are heated.
What are the dining options on property?
Harbourside Bar & Grill is open for breakfast and dinner, the Pointe at Main Pool Complex for Lunch through Sunset, Crooked Snook at Pool, Latitudes Food Shack & Attitudes Beach Bar at Sunset Village, Captiva Provisions Company & Ships Store for Groceries, Subs and supplies, Starbucks and Doc Fords Rum Bar. Are pets allowed on property?
NO PETS / ANIMALS ALLOWED with the exception of service animals as defined by Title II and Title III of the ADA. Emotional Support Animals do not qualify as service animals under the ADA. A $250 penalty charge will be enforced if an animal is brought onto the property.

A grocery store is located on property, Captiva Provisions Company in Chadwick Plaza. The closest Pharmacy is CVS on Sanibel.
