Now, with the introduction of elevated guest experiences, expanded services, and refreshed amenities through Club Captiva, South Seas invites you to make new memories on Florida’s iconic Gulf Coast.
We’ve made significant strides toward a refreshed South Seas experience with the opening of select outlets and amenities. As we continue our transformation and prepare to introduce new offerings like Beach House and Captiva Landing, some areas of the resort remain under development. We appreciate your patience throughout this journey and as we move forward with our progress in making South Seas the #1 family resort in the United States.
Guests have access to our two-and-a-half glorious miles of pristine white-sand beaches where you can take in our famous sunsets, world-renowned shelling, and incredible natural wildlife. From bicycling and walking the shoreline, to simply relaxing and enjoying time with friends and family, new experiences and fond memories await.
Services & Amenities
Select areas of the resort remain under construction and some amenities will be limited or modified while we continue to progress in our rebuilding efforts. Please note, elevators are currently non-operational as repairs are being completed, and housekeeping is offered upon request and departure only. Guest Safety
To ensure the safety and well-being of our guests, please be aware the resort is currently undergoing significant construction and improvements to further restore and add new amenity spaces.
During your stay, you may encounter heavy equipment moving along the roadways and association parking lots, and near private homes and villa drives. Some of the machinery sits at a considerable height from the ground, which may obstruct the operator’s line of vision. For your safety, we kindly request that if you are driving, please adhere to the posted speed limits and come to a complete stop at stop signs. For those who are biking, walking, or jogging, please remain vigilant and aware of your surroundings.
To ensure your safety throughout the property, we have erected protective barriers around areas that are currently under construction. Even if there is no visible sign of construction, certain areas have been cordoned off due to potential hazards.
