Captiva LandingTemporarily Closed for Enhancements
Starting October 12, Captiva Landing is temporarily closed while we make exciting enhancements to this beloved experience at South Seas. The area will remain closed as we work to create an even better experience for our guests. This includes Bottlenose Bay, Gulfstream Lazy River, The Cove Pool, and The Arcade. Camp-tiva will move to a temporary location and will now operate 7 days a week. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
While Captiva Landing is closed, there are still plenty of ways to enjoy your time at South Seas. Relax poolside at Bayview Pool, spend the day on our private beaches, savor island inspired cuisine in our dining collection or take advantage of the many activities throughout the property.
We appreciate your understanding as we work to enhance Captiva Landing. In the meantime, there’s no shortage of ways to enjoy your own piece of paradise at South Seas!
Bayview Pool
Take a dip, relax in the sun and enjoy beautiful views from our Bayview Pool. Book a private cabana to further enhance your pool day.
Private Beaches
Enjoy two miles of private beach, perfect for swimming, shelling, sunbathing and unforgettable Gulf sunsets. South and Sunset Beach include chairs and umbrellas available at a first come, first serve basis.
Watersports & Outdoor Adventures
Make the most of island time with kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing or boat rental out of Captiva Landing Marina.
Golfing at The Clutch
Challenge your group to a round at our 12-hole Beau Welling-designed golf experience and join us every Saturday for a South Seas favorite, Glow Golf!
Camp-Tiva & Daily Activities
Our family-friendly programming offers plenty of ways for younger guests to explore, play and make memories. We offer fun family activities every single day! Camp-tiva will move to a temporary location and operate 7 days a week, stay tuned for details!
