Flow, Float, and Restore. 50-minute Aqua Yoga blends the principles of traditional yoga with the healing properties of water. This gentle, low-impact class is practiced in the pool, making it ideal for all fitness levels, including beginners, seniors, those with joint sensitivity, or anyone recovering from injury. The natural resistance and buoyancy of water support your body while enhancing flexibility, strength, and balance. You’ll move through mindful poses, breath work, and floating meditations that reduce stress and promote deep relaxation.
